Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This website is only for our wedding on December 4, 2026. We use it to send invitations, collect RSVPs, plan seating and welcome guests on the day. This notice explains what information we keep and why.

What we collect

  • Your name, as we listed it on your invitation.
  • Your RSVP: whether each person is attending, dietary restrictions, your contact number and any message you send us.
  • On the wedding day: the time you checked in at the reception, and a photo of you that our ushers take when you arrive. If you’d rather not have your photo taken, just tell the usher and they will check you in without one.
  • One cookie that remembers your code word on your device for 60 days, so you don’t have to type it again. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
  • A scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, kept for at most one day, only to block repeated wrong code-word guesses.

How we use it

  • To know who is coming, prepare food and seating, welcome you at the reception, and contact you about the wedding if needed.
  • We never sell, share or publish your information, and we don’t use it for marketing. Arrival photos are never posted on this website or anywhere else.
  • Only the two of us can see the full guest list. On the wedding day, our ushers can see guests’ names, code words, tables, RSVP status, check-in times and arrival photos, so they can welcome you and show you to your table. They cannot see contact numbers, dietary notes or messages.
  • Arrival photos are stored privately on our website and can only be opened by the two of us and our ushers while they are logged in.

How long we keep it

We delete guest information, including arrival photos, within six months after the wedding.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask us to show, correct or delete your information, including your arrival photo, at any time. Just message us at [CONTACT EMAIL OR NUMBER].
